It was an all swinging, all singing, all dancing musical event - and I think we showed that burlesque is many, many things - song, comedy, music, fun and that little dollop of sauce!

It was a change of direction for us in some ways - but we like keeping you on your toes!!!!

Skin is out and tease is in as the cream of London 's neo-burlesque movement visits the Sugar Club on 30 November 03. From The Whoopee Club, the London epicentre of the movement, comes the new burlesque queen - Miss Immodesty Blaize , whose array of stylish and extravagant acts have gained her massive acclaim not only among the movement but also in the fashion and music circles. Performing with Miss Blaize is The Adventures of Walter , a freakish, tassel twirling, Mickey Mouse tribute - the winner of Best Male performer at the Erotica Awards.

Burlesque strips and innovative performances go head to head with live music amongst installations, video walls, DJs and little environmental surprises. Acts are laced with humour, originality and the surreal - The grand finale of the night is Miss Blaize herself.
